About the Role
As a Microsoft 365 Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for helping businesses adopt, migrate to, and secure Microsoft 365 services. This includes setting up Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Intune, and applying compliance configurations that meet each client’s operational and regulatory requirements. This role suits someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands Microsoft’s ecosystem deeply, and enjoys improving client collaboration and cybersecurity posture.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead deployment and configuration of Microsoft 365 across SMB and mid-sized clients
Perform migrations from legacy systems or G Suite
Set up and optimize Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online
Apply security best practices including MFA, DLP, retention policies, and conditional access
Provide tier 2–3 support for Microsoft 365 issues
Develop user guides and provide virtual training as needed
Requirements
2+ years of experience managing Microsoft 365 environments
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra (Azure AD), Exchange Admin Center, and Security & Compliance Center
Experience with Intune, Autopilot, and device enrollment
Ability to write scripts in PowerShell for automation
Microsoft certifications such as MS-100, MS-101, or Security Administrator Associate preferred
Excellent customer-facing skills and documentation habits
