Refund Policy

At Business Logic IT Services, we believe in clarity, professionalism, and accountability. Our Refund Policy is designed to reflect our commitment to fair service while maintaining operational sustainability. By engaging with our services or accepting any quotation from our team, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Overview

We strive to deliver high-quality IT services tailored to your business needs. While our focus is on proactive support and successful delivery, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. This document outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.

2. Refund Eligibility Criteria

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following limited conditions:

  • Administrative Errors: In the case of incorrect billing, overcharging, or duplicated charges caused by our internal systems, a full correction and refund will be issued.

  • Service Cancellation (Pre-Work): If you cancel a service before any work has commenced, you may be entitled to a refund, minus any administrative or processing fees.

  • Onsite Discovery Consultations: If you have paid for an onsite discovery visit and our team determines that we are not equipped or suited to fulfill your requirements, you will be issued a 100% refund for the consultation.
    However, if the meeting is completed and you decide not to proceed for any reason unrelated to our capabilities, no refund will be granted.

3. Non-Refundable Items and Conditions

The following items and scenarios are strictly non-refundable:

  • Hardware & Equipment Procurement
    Once hardware, devices, components, or peripherals are procured, ordered, or allocated specifically for your project or organization, they are not eligible for return or refund—regardless of whether deployment has taken place.

  • Accepted Quotations
    All quotations approved and accepted by the client are considered final and non-cancellable. Any work, licensing, or procurement initiated thereafter is non-refundable, regardless of project progress or delivery.

  • Software Licensing & Subscription Fees
    Any third-party software licenses, cloud subscriptions, or SaaS platforms purchased on your behalf (e.g., Microsoft 365, antivirus tools, CRM licenses) are non-refundable once provisioned or activated.

  • Partially Completed or Consumed Services
    Services that have been delivered in part, including partial configurations, assessments, or consultations, are not eligible for refunds.

  • Change of Mind or Business Direction
    Refunds will not be issued in cases where the client changes direction, budget, or strategy after services or hardware have been ordered or work has begun.

4. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please contact our billing team at billing@businesslogicit.com. Be sure to include:

  • Your company name

  • Invoice or quotation reference number

  • Description of the service or hardware in question

  • Detailed reason for your refund request

Requests will be acknowledged within 3 business days and fully reviewed within 7 business days.

5. Refund Processing and Method

If a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed via the original payment method (credit card, ACH, or wire transfer).

  • Refunds are typically issued within 7 to 10 business days from the approval date.

  • Business Logic IT Services is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to make final decisions on refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Business Logic IT Services may consider exceptions or special circumstances at its sole discretion.

7. Policy Revisions

We may update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted to our website and will take immediate effect.
