About the Role
We are hiring an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day service delivery, logistics, and coordination of our technical staff and contractors. This individual will be responsible for field scheduling, resource allocation, procurement oversight, and client service quality. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in dynamic environments, can lead multiple projects, and balances operational efficiency with a strong customer service mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage scheduling and logistics for field installations and service calls
Oversee inventory, procurement, and vendor relations
Implement and improve internal workflows, SOPs, and documentation standards
Monitor SLAs and team performance metrics
Resolve escalated customer service or delivery issues
Ensure compliance with safety, warranty, and service terms
Requirements
3+ years of experience in IT operations, service delivery, or field team coordination
Proven leadership and organizational skills
Familiarity with dispatching and project management tools
Experience in IT, VoIP, or security system deployments preferred
Strong multitasking and communication abilities
