About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Field Technician to perform installations, maintenance, and support for a variety of on-site IT and security systems. This includes setting up VoIP phone systems, cameras, access control hardware, and basic IT infrastructure like desktops and printers. You'll work directly with clients, travel to sites, and represent our company in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and configure 3CX VoIP phones and SBCs
Deploy CCTV and access control systems (e.g., Verkada, HID)
Troubleshoot network devices and connectivity issues
Install and maintain user hardware including desktops, printers, and cables
Document installations with photos, schematics, and checklists
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in field service or IT support
Familiarity with structured cabling, IP-based systems, and Windows environments
Ability to read site plans or low-voltage diagrams
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
Clean driving record and reliable transportation
